The Buckeyes, are currently favored (-3.5) by Vegas. The last time these two teams faced off was March 3rd, 2022 when the Buckeyes walked away with an 80-69 victory in Columbus led by Malakai Branham with 22 points. The Spartans have not won in Columbus since January 2019. A key matchup in this game will be likely 1 and done with Brice Sensabaugh and Joey Hauser at the power forward possession. Two guys who can really score the basketball but struggle at times defensively. I expect both to have big games scoring-wise.
